Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!
We actually cheated and watched the ball drop at 9:00pm and the New York guests, namely Sammy and Elizabeth, didn't even make it till that time.
New Years Day was a very relaxing hang out day. The kids and I went over to Grandma and Grandpa Deckers. The kids rode scooters and flying turtles and they made sailboats with Grandpa. We enjoyed one of Grandma's famous Chicken and Biscuit dinners. Tara took Emily and Jerreed's engagement pictures in the afternoon and evening. Sorry no previews of the engagement pictures yet. We just happened to hit one of the best sunsets of all time here in the desert.
After the sunset, the girls found a cool community landmark!

Kennady wasn't so sure about the grass.
She crawled for a little bit until she realized she did not like the prickly grass.
What a Scowl!

Everyone had to have a turn on the old lawn mower.
It was very hard to move. Sammy didn't give up.

You can do it!
Grandpa has the technique.
Are you really trying Abbey?
